MARION, Ind. — With a roster of 17 throwers at the national meet, it shouldn’t have surprised anyone that the Doane track and field team scored some points in those events at the NAIA National Outdoor Championships last week.
A total of 18 Doane track and field team members, 10 women and eight men, were named to the NAIA Scholar-Athlete list last week.
Two Doane softball players, Andrea Gonzales and Brooke Sampson, received post-season honors last week.
